Customer Billing


A book on digital signage must contain a chapter on how to gather content to be used on the screens. Fortunately, existing content intended for the Web, as well as for television, can be reused for digital signage. This is thoroughly discussed in this chapter.


People in digital signage businesses also asked me to include information on customer handling and billing customers. This leads to the Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems. Also discussed are some of the various business ideas and outlets for digital signage.
